Getting your order out the door as quickly as possible is always one of our priorities. Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Australian Time are fulfilled the same day and will ship out by the end of that day. This means that tracking information will generally be emailed to you in the evening on the same day your order is placed.

Exceptions

In rare cases, when inventory is spit between warehouse locations, an order placed before 12pm may not be fulfilled until the next day. We work hard to keep both of our warehouses stocked as much as possible, so these scenarios are extremely rare.

During peak holidays or when order volumes are significantly higher than usual, orders placed right around the cutoff time may not get fulfilled until the next day. If your order is urgent, we highly recommend not to wait until the 12pm cutoff time. If you cannot place your order earlier, please factor in that order processing may take an extra day.
