Before submitting a return request, please make sure your product qualifies for a return by reviewing our Shipping, Returns and Exchanges policy. If your product is eligible for a return, please follow the following steps to assure the fastest possible response time from Customer Service:
1) If you are already logged into your account, great – click on the pink icon in the bottom right corner of the screen and follow step 2 below. If you are not logged in, please login to your account (if you forgot your account credentials, you can submit a password reset request) and then follow step 2. If you still cannot log in, click on the pink icon and enter the e-mail address you used to place your order, and you will receive a temporary access code via e-mail to access your order history.
2) Inside this chat widget, select the order that you would like to change, return or exchange by clicking on the ‘Help’ button.
3) Scroll to the bottom and select “I need to return an item” and then leave a detailed message for us about your return or exchange.
Please do not return any products to us without a proper authorization and return label from Customer Service. This will significantly delay your exchange or refund, and will result in additional fees, which will be deducted from your refund. Thank you.
